There Will Be Blood

Do yourself a favor and look at the SEC West schedule for this Saturday.  It’s almost as if there is no other college football this weekend….bloodbaths all around.  My boys at Criquet teed it up for the marquee matchup between Bama and Ole Miss in Oxford.  This one will be close, and it wouldn’t surprise me to see Ole Miss come away with a victory.  They have to play the best 60 minutes of their entire football history.

Final Predictions:

Alabama vs. Ole Miss in Oxford: Extremely close.  You’ll give your Right Guard a run for it’s money this weekend.  Bama wins by a point.  28-27.

Texas A&M vs. Mississippi State in Starkville: Another close one.  A&M by a touchdown.

LSU vs. Auburn in Auburn: LSU of 2014 is a ‘wait in the weeds’ team.  It’s a matter of time before they jump up and bite you.  Well, this is their weekend – watch them come to Auburn and get the W.  Rookie QB and all.

Your thoughts?  Lemme have it…

The Bama vs. Ole Miss game should be a classic and I have a feeling Ole Miss will pull it out in the end. Wish I could be down in the Grove this weekend. It is going to be insane.

Bama crushes Ole Miss by two TDs, Miss St. Finally gets it right and Auburn over LSU handily. Put your house on it.

I’m a Texas A&M fan and I think the Ags are in for an old fashioned brawl against MSU. If we make it out alive the next week is Ole Miss, who I don’t think will win against Bama but you never know. Bo Wallace is a conundrum.

I think LSU wins this week. After losing last week they’re the most dangerous type of wounded animal.

I am a bit biased being an Ole Miss fan, but this is quite possibly the best game of the decade. Hoping for an Ole Miss win, at least we won’t lose the party in the grove. I got to hand it to MSU they beat LSU and it could be close with A&M. Even though I hate to say it LSU comes back with force anytime they are beaten like they were by MSU. Should shape up to be one of the best weekends so far this season

As a Gamecock fan, who lost to A&M to start the season, I hope A&M wins the rest of their games! HAHA. They are a good, well-coached football team with some ballers at wideout and tight end. I think they win in Starkville.
I don’t think Ole Miss can run the ball against Bama so I think Bama wins. The last few losses Bama has suffered (the Gamecocks knocked them off at #1 in 2010)the winning team had over 20 rushes per game. If Ole Miss can run the ball, with the home team fired up, you just never know. I will be rooting for the Rebels.
You are right, the SEC West is a bunch of strong teams.

It’s cool to pull against Bama. It’s what all the hipsters and barners are doing these days. Everybody loves a cliche. But, Alabama will crush Ole Miss. The black bears have been getting louder and louder recently, but that doesn’t equate to talent on the field. Bro Wallace will fold like a Jos. A Bank suit. There’s a reason none of the important analysts are talking about Ole Miss contending for the playoff. They just aren’t good enough.

The most interesting game will be Miss St., but they won’t pull it out.

I can’t wait for Uncle Lester send Malzahn’s fake southern accent packing with a loss. Church.

PS BJH, I’ll take your house. Let me know which title co you prefer to use. Losers choice.

Jason Gray is a typical Bama Badass. Enough with the invincible attitude. You’re worse than LSU fans.
