Wrist Action for the Winter

I do like the watch straps from Smart Turnout.  I have quite a few, and recently added a couple more to the collection.  I focused on the darker straps that would go with the colder weather.

Since matching these straps to an outfit is a sin, I like the fact that the (mostly) primary colors work with just about anything.  Whether it’s a Barbour or suit, these straps add a little punch.

I typically pair my straps with an old Omega Seamaster or a grey and black Swiss Army watch.  Those just about cover the spectrum for me.  Now, Smart Turnout just released a few new watch designs that should make you stand up and take notice.  I like how they have that ‘vintage’, timeless classic look:

I love wearing similar straps with my watches, including a 1953 Seamaster. I also love the look of Smart Turnout’s products, but the shipping charges kill me. Have you found somewhere local to the Atlanta area to purchase them?

Yep – Sid Mashburn carries quite a few Smart Turnout straps.

I love these watch straps, but they’re typically for more of a dress down / casual look, which doesn’t really necessitate the expensive watches Smart Turnout sells with them (although I’m sure they’re nice).

I recommend picking up a cheap Timex off Amazon. I snagged this one and it works perfectly with my Smart Turnout straps:
