Enjoy your blog. love the JC, a good friend of mine went to high school with some (or all, not sure) of them in Brevard, NC. When I was single & living in Dallas, Tx., I convinced my now husband that Crazy Women was written about me. I kept up the charade for a whole weekend and we still laugh when we hear that song.


In terms of sports – there are two seasons – College Football season, and NOT College Football season. It’s about that time… College football is a religion here in SEC country. Hah, that's pretty funny. Being a Clemson Tiger, I can't be that happy about it but it was a good read.

My dad is a Clemson alum and his younger brother (by two years) is a Georgia alum. They used to hitchhike back and forth from Athens to Clemson, camping out in the Botanical Gardens. I'm sure the rivalry was fierce in the family when we played each other.

Football Country is a bit further to the South in a capital town called Tallahassee. On any given Saturday you can hear the cheers of the Seminole Indians as they march towards another National Championship; this year the first of it’s kind while Jameis marks his name on trophy called Heisman one more time.
